Kridha Care Crew provides home healthcare services including nursing care, caregiving, attendant services, baby care, physiotherapy support, and rental of medical equipment. Service availability may vary based on location, timing, and staff availability.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Kridha Care Crew. Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding the patient’s condition, location, and service requirements. Changes or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Charges for services and equipment rentals will be communicated clearly before confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, and any additional charges for urgent or extended services will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Depending on the timing of the request and the nature of the service, a cancellation fee or partial charge may apply.
The customer remains responsible for the safety, consent, and well-being of the patient during the service period. Kridha Care Crew will provide services with due care and professionalism, but it cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing medical condition, patient behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where medical equipment is rented, customers must use it responsibly and follow any instructions provided. Damage, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
Kridha Care Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
We will handle your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Information will be shared only as necessary to provide the requested services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
